GTPase KRas

This product is a soluble recombinant human wild-type KRAS4b protein (amino acid 1-169) with an N-terminal 6×His tag. The protein is stably expressed and purified from Escherichia coli prokaryotic expression system, with high solubility, high purity and stable structural integrity. Human KRAS4b is a key small GTPase protein involved in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation and signal transduction, which is widely used in tumor mechanism research, protein structural analysis and targeted drug screening.
