GTPase KRas

This product is a soluble recombinant human KRAS4b (G12V mutant) protein (amino acid 1-169) with an N-terminal 6×His tag. Expressed in Escherichia coli and purified to high homogeneity, the protein maintains excellent solubility and structural stability. The G12V mutation locks KRAS in a constitutively active GTP-bound state, causing persistent activation of downstream signaling cascades, and is a core research tool for malignant tumor progression mechanism and targeted drug research.

Lyophilized from sterile 25 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4

Not tested.

Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
