GTPase KRas

This product is a soluble recombinant human KRAS4b (C51S mutant) protein (amino acid 1-169) with an N-terminal 6×His tag. The protein is expressed and purified from Escherichia coli with excellent solubility and high purity. The C51S site-specific mutation is introduced based on wild-type human KRAS4b sequence, retaining the core protein structure. This mutant protein is specially applied for KRAS functional verification, mutation mechanism study and related tumor signaling pathway research.

Lyophilized from sterile 25 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4

Not tested.

Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
