    Dual adapter for phosphotyrosine and 3-phosphotyrosine and 3-phosphoinositide (hDAPP1), also known as B lymphocyte adapter protein Bam32, functions as a B-cell-associated adapter regulating B-cell antigen receptor (BCR)-signaling downstream of PI3K. The protein localizes to the cytoplasm and membrane, where it becomes membrane-associated following cell stimulation, facilitating its translocation. This membrane recruitment mechanism underscores its importance in coordinating signaling events in B-cell immune responses.
